Fake Snot!

Today we had an exciting science experiment...we learned how to make fake snot!

Did you know that snot or mucus is made up of sugar and protein.  The sugar is what makes it sticky ewww!

The upside down person car

The Upside Down Person Car.

I made an upside down person car yesterday.  It was fun! I love building Lego sculptures.  It had wheels on its head.  I built my upside person car in the inclusive room.  It can shoot arrows out of its body.  It can kill baddies with its laser.  It can see when its head is not facing the front. The upside down person car can stand up straight. Sometimes it breaks down.  It has a hat on its wheels.  When it's by the edge of the cliff it can fly to the other side.  It looks like a supermarket trolly.

What are we cooking today?

It certainly smells pretty yummy in the kitchens at Stonefields this morning! We have two break through groups cooking today. We have build our knowledge about the recipes and the ingredients we need. Today we are applying our understanding by cooking macaroni cheese and chocolate chip cookies. Yum! Yum!
