Firework, by Ayami

I am a firework. I can fly outside. I am in someones house. At night someone lit me yay! I can twinkle like a star and split in each group like someone divide something. I am as colourful as a rainbow!! I`m going down now and I feel like I`m on a slide. Then I disappear like magic!

Cross Country

Today we had the school cross country!

We had to run around the field, through and around the school, and then around the field again.

The older learners had to even run around the wetlands!

When we weren't running we got to watch and cheer for our friends, which was really exciting.

Once we finished the race we were given a hot chocolate to warm ourselves up.

Here are some photos from the day....

We also made shamrocks (four leaf clovers) and leprechaun hats to honour the Irish culture.
