I'm at the shop. I'm a firework. iIm at a house now.  Now i'm in the garden. Now i'm zooming up in the sky weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I'm as gold as treasure and as blue as the sky and as colourful as a rainbow and as colorful as a rainbow lollipop. Now i'm at the sun. Now i'm turning around. Now I'm back in the shop so someone will buy me next year.

Stonefields School Fair

Stonefields School fair is the best fair ever.

Because:
1. There is lots of food.
2. There is a big playground.
3. There is lots of games.

Bubble Painting!

Today we got to experience science and art at the same time...

We spent time learning all about bubbles, like how they are made, why they pop and what they look like in slow motion.

Here's a video of what we saw...

Then we learned how to use bubbles in art.  We added paint to the bubble mixture we had already made.  Next we used straws to blow bubbles so that we could put the paper onto the bubbles. When the bubbles popped they let prints on the paper!

This week, Miss Campbell's literacy groups watched the story "Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs". We used the story to help us imagine what else we wished could fall from the sky if it could rain food.

The day it rained hotdogs

It rained hotdogs. There were colourful hotdogs. The hotdogs were hot. They're cold. They tasted like pepperoni. It is red.

The day it rained peanut better sandwiches

Yummy peanut butter sandwiches started to slowly fly down to the ground. It sounded like thunder. It fell into a tree too. We ate all of the peanut butter sandwiches. I wish it rained peanut butter sandwiches everyday.

The day the lollies fell from the sky

The lollies zig zagged quickly from the sky. They jump too as they shoot down from the sky and rolled from the sky. They come down fast. It comes bumpy. It floats too.
